We may make non-material changes to these policies and notices without letting you know, you also agree to check this page for any changes from time to time. You will be invited to agree any material changes to our agreement before thay are effective .
Baby Bloom Development is the trading name of the business run by Sophie Thompson, 1 Easterways, Broadhempston, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 6FY. Any notice or commuincation to Baby Bloom Development should be sent by email to; firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your details will be as per the form that you will send us on enrolment of our courses/classes/workshops.
We reserve the right to cancel a course/session/workshop if there is an issue with the venue, class size or due to illness. In the event of cancellation, we will try to offer to an alternative session, if this is not possible we will offer you a refund for the affected sessions.
If you wish to cancel your place, you must give us 14 days notice before the course start date, however we will endeavour to transfer you to a later course if you so choose, as long as spaces are available. If you are unable to attend a session with less than 14 days notice, the fee is non-refundable.
Prices & Payment
All prices are correct as they appear on the website. We may change prices from time to time or have offers available for a limited time.
The most simple way of paying is through Bookwhen using a credit/debit card or using Paypal. Places are only reserved once a deposit has been recieved. Full payment for the course/class/workshop must be paid by the start date.
Your privacy and the way with which we deal with personal data is set out in our Data Notice and Policy set out below.

All materials on any medial appearing on or sent to you by Baby Bloom Development are owned by or licensed to Baby Bloom Development.
Use of our materials is by our permission only. You will not copy or reproduce our materials without our express permission.
You will not hold yourself out as being associated with Baby Bloom Development and you will not pass off any materials you create as being from Baby Bloom Development.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intented to waive any moral rights, copyright or any other statutory or common law intellectual property right existing for the benefit of Baby Bloom Developement.

Visitors to our website, customers and clients
Where you have provided your email, we will store your email address to reply to correspondence and/or send you information about our services to keep you up to date about events and other news and/or to inform you about any special offers from Baby Bloom Development. Personal data, including relevant medical information, is obtained to allow Baby Bloom Development to provide you with the best possible service and to ensure that the practise is safe for your baby at all times. For this reason,occasionally GP consent may be required before partaking in sessions/classes/workshops.

Baby Bloom Development shall not collect or store your personal data for anything other than the purposes above.

Your data rights
You may request that we provide you with a copy of all personal data that the we hold about you. We shall provide a copy of all information in accordance with our legal obligations and we will rectify any incorrect personal data held by us about you upon being notified of any mistakes.
Sharing data with third parties
We store all data securely . Where you have consented to join a whatsApp phone group, your information will be added to a whatsApp. Where you have requested to join a Facebook group, your information will be held by Facebook. When booking a course/workshop/class through Bookwhen, your details will be held by Bookwhen and will be accessible by Baby Bloom Development via a secure system.
We shall periodically review the security of our records and processing activities and shall take appropriate steps to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data that we holds.
